Returns

We always do our best to ensure every order is processed correctly. However, on rare occasions mistakes can happen — and if they do, we’re committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return unopened products only. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and securely packaged for return. Opened or used products are not eligiblefor return, refund, exchange, or replacement (unless the item arrived damaged and this is confirmed).

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We offer a full refund or exchange on sealed/packaged items returned within 14 working days of purchase.

  • Fragrance oils in clear or crystal bottles are exempt from this policy.

  • We do not offer refunds on promotional, reduced, or discounted items.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we can assist with a refund or replacement only where damage is confirmed. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence before we can proceed.

How to Arrange a Return / Refund / Replacement

Email our customer service team at info@fragranceforte.co.uk and include:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Whether you would like a refund, exchange, or replacement

Once we receive your request, we will provide the return address and return instructions.

Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your item(s). We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please note that we do notreimburse return postage costs.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original order. The refund amount will be the price paid at the time the order was placed.
